Before we confirm a worker
You may withdraw a request without a fee before a worker booking is confirmed. No payment is collected when you submit a request through this website.
After a booking is confirmed
Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Any cancellation fee or refund condition should be explained to you before you accept the confirmed booking. This website does not currently process online payments or refunds.
