Changes and cancellations
Tell us the date, location, and phone number associated with the request. A request can be withdrawn without a fee before a worker booking is confirmed. Any later cancellation condition will be explained before you accept a confirmed booking. See Changes and cancellations.
Privacy requests and complaints
Use the same email for questions about your personal information, access or deletion requests, or a service complaint. Please describe the issue and provide enough information for us to identify the request. We may ask you to verify your connection to the booking before discussing personal details.
Request a worker
To request a new visit, use the booking form. Sending a form or an email does not itself confirm a worker, time, or final price.
